Intake and adminSofia, or the person chosen for intake, writes down the call. Admin helps with records and appointments. Whenever a job is handed over, say who owns it.
AccountsCheck what is owed, proof of payment (POP), invoices and credits. Accounts saying "paid" does not replace an inspection.
Inspector and fitterInspect or repair only what was approved. Give measurements, photos and test results. Report the same day.
Consultant and technical teamExplain the original design. Help find the cause and the fix. The factory or supplier confirms parts and dates.
ManagementApproves exceptions, disputes and anything above your limit.
